I personally choose not to rest on the rest days, instead i do the tummy tuck or insane abs workout. Note: Please do not scroll down to the very bottom if you are uncomfortable with viewing bikini snap shots. I plan on documenting my progress and plan on posting photos to show that. I will always warn before i do though so no worries. And keep in mind this is only week one.
